This is a list of the bakeries whose products have been tested and reviewed on this site. There are more bakeries than can be reviewed, but if you know one deserving bakery that you think belongs on this list, drop me a note and I'll look into it.

The score is a simple average of the grade for each product. The bakeries are then sorted using this score, and given a rank accordingly.

Bakeries ranked on just one or two bread may get an unfair grade -- you should put more trust in the grades for the bakeries that had several breads reviewed.
